1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Strata Studio US (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the platform or our services.

2. Services

Strata Studio US provides small business development services, focusing primarily on accounting and marketing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and solopreneurs.

User-generated content or external collaborations are not permitted within the platform unless expressly authorized by Strata Studio US.

3. Accounts and User Conduct

-Users must be 19 years of age or older to access or use our services.
-Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and rules of conduct when using the platform and engaging with Strata Studio US services.

4. Payments, Fees, Refunds, and Cancellations

All services offered by Strata Studio US, including accounting and marketing services, are structured primarily as annual service agreements.

Accounting Services (Primary Services)

Accounting services are provided under a 12-month contractual agreement. These agreements are non-refundable.

The only refundable amount associated with these services is the $120 enrollment fee, which may be returned upon request and in accordance with Strata Studio US policies.

Marketing Services

Marketing services are generally provided under annual service agreements, except in cases where services are contracted for specific campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, or marketing activations.

If a marketing agreement is terminated before the end of the contract period, a refund may be considered only after an evaluation of the reason for termination. In such cases, a maximum refund of up to 30% of the annual service fee may be granted at the sole discretion of Strata Studio US.

Additionally, the $120 enrollment fee associated with marketing services may also be refunded.

By purchasing any service, clients acknowledge and agree that service agreements represent annual commitments and early termination does not guarantee a refund.

Technology Infrastructure Fee

Strata Studio US charges a Technology Infrastructure Fee of $10 per month. This fee supports the development, maintenance, and operation of the technology systems used to deliver our services, including but not limited to:

• Client portals and dashboards
• User account creation and management
• Platform maintenance and monitoring
• Secure data environments and reporting tools
• Continuous improvements to internal and client-facing technology

This fee is billed monthly alongside the client’s regular service billing.

Payment Authorization and Recurring Billing

By providing payment information and purchasing any Strata Studio US service, the client authorizes Strata Studio US to charge the provided payment method for all applicable service fees, recurring charges, and associated costs related to the selected services.

Clients acknowledge that certain services involve recurring billing, and by agreeing to these Terms, the client authorizes Strata Studio US to automatically process these payments according to the billing schedule established in the service agreement.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Strata Studio US directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with Strata Studio US may be considered a violation of these Terms. Strata Studio US reserves the right to suspend services, terminate accounts, or pursue recovery of outstanding balances in the event of unjustified payment disputes.

5. Service Commitment

By engaging Strata Studio US services, clients acknowledge that they are entering into an annual service commitment, regardless of whether payments are made monthly, quarterly, or annually.

Payment installment options may be offered for convenience; however, such arrangements do not alter the duration of the contractual commitment.

If a client chooses to discontinue services before the completion of the agreed service term, the remaining balance of the annual agreement may still be considered due and payable, except in cases where Strata Studio US determines otherwise at its sole discretion.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strata Studio US shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform or services.

7. Modifications Strata Studio US reserves the right to update or modify these Terms when necessary. Any updates will be reflected on the official website.

8. Text Messaging / SMS Communications

Strata Studio US collects mobile phone numbers from clients and prospective clients for the purpose of providing appointment reminders, service updates, and account-related communications via SMS.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal information may be shared with third parties or affiliates for those third parties' or affiliates' marketing purposes, subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

You may opt out of receiving text messages from Strata Studio US at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.
