These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Strata’s marketing services (the “Services”). By engaging with Strata and using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use or subscribe to the Services.

1. Service Engagement
- Strata Studio provides marketing strategy, content creation, social media management, paid media, email marketing, and related services as described in the selected package.
- Packages are billed monthly, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Clients may cancel Services with at least 30 days’ notice.
- Upon proper cancellation, clients are eligible for a refund of 25% of the remaining monthly fees for the unused portion of the term.
- Refunds are processed after 30 days of cancellation notice.
- No retroactive refunds will be given for Services already delivered or in progress.
3. Use of Services
- Clients agree to provide accurate information and necessary access for Strata Studio US to perform Services.
- Strata is not responsible for any business decisions or outcomes based solely on Services.
- Clients must comply with all applicable laws when using Services or materials provided.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
- Strata Studio US protects client information using industry-standard security measures.
- Data shared for Services is used solely to provide agreed marketing services and will not be sold to third parties.
- Clients retain ownership of their business data, and Strata Studio Us may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve services.
- Strata Studio US may require access to client systems (social media, ad accounts, email platforms) to perform Services securely.
5. Intellectual Property
- All materials, content, and creative assets produced by Strata Studio US remain property of Strata Studio US until full payment is made.
- Clients are granted a license to use content for internal and marketing purposes as part of their package.
- Clients may not copy, distribute, or use Strata Studio US proposals and materials outside the agreed scope without written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided “as-is”. Strata Studio US does not guarantee specific results.
- Strata Studio US is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business opportunity.
- Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for Services in the 3 months preceding a claim.
7. Indemnity
- Clients agree to indemnify and hold Strata Studio US its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from their use of Services or violation of these Terms.
8. Modifications
- Strata Studio US may modify Services or these Terms with notice to clients. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming , USA.
- Any disputes must be resolved in Wyoming courts.
10. Miscellaneous
- Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
- If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
- Clients acknowledge they are not employees, agents, or partners of Strata and have no authority to bind Strata.
